Bbl is the least, again the least, enabling law that could somehow assuage Bm from its long bitter years with Ph. How can Ph repeatedly deny such no-compromise gesture on its part from Bm? Constitution has been the pretext all the time of Ph in its perpetual denial of Bm Rsd. Wasnt the exploit of Ph constitution too from the very start which took indigenous sovereignty away from Bm and other indigenous peoples when such sovereignty had been enjoyed by them prior to the establishment of Ph state during post-colonial years? Redundant invocation of constitutionality since the very beginning makes it clear now that its Ph constitution that is the big, serious and real underlying problem re: Mindanao conflict. Mindanao problem then in reality is the Ph constitution. And what is immutable with it? Us constitution has undergone 33 with 27 official amendments in order to accommodate the interests of Us citizens which were all left out during previous amendments. So whats gilded about Ph constitution that has taken away Bm right to be left out all its own?
