We have noticed that some publishers claim that they publish following material on behalf of NTS for the tests that NTS administers for various Government Ministries/Departments, Universities and Private Sector Organizations: NTS Tests Guide for preparing GAT (General) NTS Tests Guide for preparing GAT (Subject) NTS Tests Guide for preparing Law-GAT NTS Tests Guide for preparing NAT Other Customized Tests This is to notify in the public interest that NTS does not authorize any publisher or vendor to publish such material or guides. Furthermore, NTS has the legal rights to take legal action through the courts of law against such publishers who misuse NTS name or registered trademarks.
