Be Aware & Be Alert It has been brought to my attention that some drug users are once again tapping their needles under hand rails once used in blocks of flats. As a Caretaker on estates I have come across this myself in the past. So please if you live on an Estate with open stair cases or an Estate where you know drug use is happening be extra careful when holding the hand rails. If you do come across this then inform your Estate Manager immediately so the needle can be removed professionally without risk of harm to anyone.
