Be Careful What You Say. I havent been writing anything new lately. Just been busy working allot. Also, observing Facebook and soaking in all the talk about what is okay by God and what is not. Here are some of the things I have seen. The grace doctrine is of the devil and I am glad I dont hang out with that washed by the blood crowd anymore. And this was coming from professing Christians. This one person was telling people what is acceptable to God and what is not. And how screwed up the churches are. Well, I decided to go to there site where they offer up this valuable information and guess what, not one scripture to back it up. Just a bunch of Talk, Talk , Talk ... Blah, Blah, Blah. Kind of reminded me of Charlie Browns teacher. I am not going to call anyone out, but I will say this. If you are telling and teaching people how they should live their lives for God, you BETTER be using His Word. Dont just say The bible Says and then inject your own interpretation, but actually use Gods word. Dont just rattle off scripture either and not know what it means. There are certain things to consider when studying and using Gods word. Use the basic study helps such as, Where? When? What? Why? Who?, and How? Dont just read it, research it, find out about the cultures, and the circumstances that brought these words to come about. And another thing, STOP demonizing Christmas. Yeah I know it is not a Holiday ordained by God and Jesus was not born on December 25th. Instead of demonizing it, think of it as a time to spend with family and friends you dont get to see everyday. Or how about this. This time of year, people who may not otherwise be open to talking about Jesus may be more willing to here about our Lord and savior. I am a born again Christian who loves Christmas. Not the commercial aspect of it. Do you think I am going to hell because I celebrate Christmas or Easter. NO! You will go to hell for not having Jesus Christ as You Lord And Savior. Also this time of year, because of all the shopping I get the opportunity to work allot of overtime which I consider a blessing. The word of God is described as a sword. Ephesians 6:17 says And take up the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. When you are just talking about God without using his word, you are just swinging into the air. If you dont know how to use the sword, dont use it at all. First, Train yourself up in His word, and pray for guidance from the Holy Ghost. And calling the doctrine of grace the devils work is treading on the thin ice of blaspheming the work of the Holy Ghost. And that is NOT WISE. Matthew 12:31-32 Jesus says Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: But the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. and whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world or the world to come. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a gift of God. Not by works, lest any man should boast. So, according to Gods word, our salvation begins with Grace. Remember, dont just take someones interpretation of what they think Gods word means. Let scripture interpret scripture. Allow the Holy Ghost to teach you through prayer and study. I hope and pray God blesses you all abundantly. Take care and... God Bless.
