Be Curious! Welcome to Magnificent Monday! In 1996 scientist - TopicsExpress

Be Curious! Welcome to Magnificent Monday! In 1996 scientist decided to conduct an experiment, using the Hubble telescope. They were curious as to the number of galaxies that exist so they decide to use the strongest telescope in the world to assist in this project. The scientist noticed a void of stars around the Big Dipper and pointed the telescope at the void. After 10 days, to their surprise the Hubble identified 3000 galaxies. This was astonishing identifying so may galaxies. In 2004, the scientist again wanted to test another voided area around Orion and this time they kept the Hubble telescope open for 11 days. This time they were able to identify 10,000 galaxies. Again just recently the experiment was conducted, but this time 100 billion galaxies were identified. This was more than any human could expect or anticipate. One scientist stated, the human mind cannot yet conceive how vastly large our universe is and it continues to expand. This amazing revelation showed how scientist challenged the unknown to find new discoveries. They did not stop at knowing there was a void, no, they searched and searched to seek answers, within. And when they received an answer they started searching for more answers. Scientist created a telescope to see well beyond the naked eye and even though the scientist thought they reach the end they were surprised to find even more. As human beings we should challenge ourselves, by being curious, looking for the voids in our lives and minds. If we did we may be surprised with what we find. Too often, many of us begin to take a journey and stop because we no longer believe we can succeed due to fear, frustration, doubt, or lost desire. Can you imagine if you searched your voids, what you could find? You just may find that you are greater than you could ever imagine. It is you who holds the key and the answers, all you need to do is to unlock your mind and be free to explore you. Be Curious! ~ Don and Carol
