Be Informed. TIPS ON INEC PERMANENT VOTERS CARD COLLECTION PROCEEDURE Kindly follow the following steps listed below to collect your PVC 1. Take your Temporary voters card SLIP (TVCS) to your registration center to exchange it with Permanent Voters card (PVC). 2. If you are not Up to 18 years in 2011 when the voters registration was done, you will have the opportunity to register in your locality or area of residence and collect your (PVC) 3. If you have misplaced your Temporary Voters Card slip, Kindly proceed to court to swear an affidavit declaring it missing, then take the affidavit to your registration center, then collect your permanent Voter Card(PVC) 4. If you have relocated to a different location within or outside the state, for you to be able to vote in 2015 you will need to take your temporary voter card slip to where you initially register for cancellation of name on the register there, after that proceed to registration center in your NEW location/ area for re-registration. NOTE: Be informed and inform others that without Permanent Voters card (PVC) you will NOT be able to cast your VOTE for candidate of your choice in Nigerian election in 2015.
