Unsheduled visits to cousins , friends and relatives youve not seen for a while--to park your car or bide time till flood waters recede. Good for renewing family ties. 4.If you dislike household chores--no chores, coz home is flooded anyway. 5. Want excuse not to have bath ? No probs. The bathrooms having a bath!! 6. Weight watching? Great! You cant cook ! Kitchen resembles swimming pool! 7.You were eyeing that water bed in the ads? Shift to Anil Nagar, Tarun Nagar, Nabin Nagar. You get it for free. All beds there underwater (and practically everything else ) 8.Always wanted phoren stuff at home? WONDERFUL! Your fridge, furniture change nationality -- become Italian. Yess! Sonia Gandhis matri-bhumi:) ITA-lian....Coz they have to stand on itas. Itaas=bricks. 9.Tired of your old car? Abandon in Venetian roads. 10.Running out of innovative ideas in business? I could go on....of the positives of unplanned urban growth and interlinked issues of corruption and apathy towards rural development. But wait!
