Be Still (Psalms 46:10). Let the Peace of Christ (1 Cor. 14:33, John 14:27, 16:33) which transcends all understanding (Phils. 4:7) to rule (Col. 3:15) our hearts, minds, souls and strengths that we may experience His Holyness and Fruits of His Holy Spirit (Gal. 5:16, 18, 22- 25 / 1 Cor. 13:4-8 His Love is patience & kind, He keeps no records of our wrongs and His unconditional love never fails). Yet not by our thoughts (not unto our own understanding - Proverbs 3:5-8 / Phil. 3:9) and ways (Isaiah 55:8-9) but IN & THROUGH HIM ONLY in our life (be filled by His Holy Spirit - Gal. 5:16-25 / Romans 11:36). IN Him, we live & move, whether we eat or drink or in whatever we do, in words and in deeds (Acts 17:28, 1 Cor. 10:31, Col. 3:17). When we are filled by His Holy Spirit, ... that He may make us to gain Him and be found in Him (Phils. 3:7-11). a) By Faith and not by sight (2 Cor. 5:7). Though seeing, we do not see, though hearing, we do not hear or understand (Matthew 13:13-14 / Mark 4:12 / Luke 8:10). Not having a righteousness of our own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ - the righteousness that comes from God and is by Faith (Phil. 3:9). We are not in our right mind (2 Cor. 5:5-17). He may make us see so that we may not be Spiritually blind (John 9:35-41 / Phils. 3:9 / Col. 2:20-23, Col. 2:8 / Not any longer conform to the patterns of this world ... renewing of our mind that we may see His Good, Pleasing and Perfect Will - Rom. 12:2). b) Totally dependent and completely relying In Him. No confidence in the flesh (Phils. 3:3, Gal. 3:2-5 / no rights and wrongs - gen. 3:5 / unwise and unlearned just like the little children - Matthew 11:25 / Luke 10:21 / Matthew 18:3, 19:14; Mark 10:14; Luke 18:16). HE IS THE ONLY WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE (John 14:6). We need to give up the life we may have expected we will live to a life He CALLS us to live (Matthew 16:24-25, Mark 8:33-35, Luke 9:23-24). c) No judging and condemnation (Matthew 7:1-5, Luke 6:37, Rom. 14:10, Col. 2:16, James 2:4, 4:11-12) d) Forgetting what lies behind and straining toward what is ahead (Phils. 3:13). e) Be pure (Phils. 2:14-15), no complaining, no arguing f) Not be in want (Psalms 23:1-3) g) Will not be double minded (Luke 9:62) So then, just as we received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as we were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness (Col. 2:6-7, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-19)
