Remember this one line People Join People, They Know, Like & Trust thats it. Are you that person if you are thats great, if your not you better get to work and start networking. Dont give people one reason not work with you but a million to choose to work with you. People will easily be introduced to a business by you but then go do some research and find a top leader in the business and join them, Google is not always your friend unless you are one of those top leaders and give people no reason to doubt you.
