Be YOUnique and always make a DIFFERENCE. Noong una ako sa Network Marketing Im struggling kasi Im a novice in this field. Lahat ng mga sinabi noong mga top earner naranasan ko, rejection is the number one. But instead na ma-frustrate ako I became motivated dahil sa bawat rejection doon ko nakita na may something wrong. Then I started research on how to do Network Marketing, I am so eager to push myself gang sa makaabot ako ng ilang bwan. Slowly, then I pass the first month. It feels great, nalampasan mo na yung doubts, fear, pressure, and other emotions. Then naikumpara ko yung sarili ko noong unang taon ko sa abroad, at first 6 months I am struggling, sa language, sa culture, sa foods at iba pa, both physical and mental. But after a year, Im getting used to it, I slowly learn and know how to cooked their food, understand their culture. I just the same process na KAPAG FIRST TIME, may struggle, may adjustment dahil you are already OUT SIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Noong nag-AIM GLOBAL ako, I FEEL UNIQUE about myself because I AM MAKING DIFFERENCE from the rest of my friends dahil ako I am slowly turning myself into an ENTREPRENEUR and pursuing my DREAM to be a successful BUSINESS WOMAN. Hindi alam ng karamihan under sa employment lalo na sa corporate,ayon sa isang article na nabasa ko ang bilis ng pagbabago ng panahon. Kung noon LOYALTY is important sa isang company ngayon, bihira na lang ang gumagamit nito. They want SKILLED EMPLOYEE, COMPETITIVE and MORE TECHY. Thats why kapag may retrenchment sa isang corporate world unang natatanggal yung mga matatanda at matagal na sa company at kulang ng SKILLS pagdating sa computer. Doon ko naisip, WHY NOT get out from my COMFORT ZONE and EXPLORE the other world, doon sa TRENDING na. Network Marketing is one of those. Bakit? Once you belong to the Multi-Level-Marketing, the company has a TRAINING TEAM to trained you, developed your skills, pull up your full potentials and motivates you in every way.And also the COMPENSATION is one of the best esp. in AIM GLOBAL.The benefits are TREMENDOUS. Sa employment may benefits pero kung sa rank in file ka mababa yung benefits mo, other small company walang mga benefits pa. So, you have a CHOICE either to STAY where you are standing now or GET OUT from comfort zone and DARE TO EXPLORE.
