Be a Fulbrighter like Samantha Fulbrighter Samantha Chaitram who was awarded the LASPAU Faculty Fulbright in 2012 to pursue a PhD in International Studies at the University of Miami (UM) returned home for a short vacation and dropped by to visit and share her experience studying in the U.S. The Princes Town resident said the Fulbright journey is a life experience which has challenged her to think critically and analytically and she has grown academically and spiritually. Samantha added that with so many international students in Miami, learning not only comes from Professors, but from my friends. She will enter her 3rd year of the doctoral program this fall and will be working as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of International Studies, University of Miami. Samantha spent the Summer at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University participating in the Summer Institute on Qualitative and Multi-Method Research.
