Yatensiuk warns Yanukovych still considering military state of emergency 5:36 a.m., Jan. 29 -- According to EuroMaidanPR, citing Ukrainska Pravda: Leader of the opposition Batkivshchina Party, Arseniy Yatseniuk, stated on Channel 5 TV on Jan. 28 that a state of emergency and a violent turn of events is still on the agenda.A violent scenario is not off the agenda. It exists. Today we received information that the military received a special address from the president regarding the necessity of returning to the constitutional rule of law, in other words asking for the army to support the current president Yatseniuk said. He went on to say: I believe that if Yanukovitch signs the order to enact a state of emergency it would be signing for hundreds of victims, for bloodshed, for destruction of the country. -- Brian Bonner
