Be mindful of what you say to those who seek your advice but never actually take it. Why because they’re not really looking for advice. More times than not, the thing they really want is for someone to support what they’ve made up their mind to do. In recovery this is called: ‘people seeking someone to cosign their bullshit.’ Consider politely declining their request lest you enable them to stay messed up and in the process find yourself entangled in their crap. Of course it takes courage to love another by refusing to interfere with their life but for those with the readiness to do so OMG does the dynamite boom. like this 4 more #BGTD!
