Be mindful to eat slowly. Enjoy the taste and textures, and pay attention to how you feel. Stop eating before youre full, and give yourself 20 mins before deciding if youd like more. It takes 20 mins for your stomach to tell your brain that youre full. Slow little booger, so give it some time and chat with a friend instead. The food aint going anywhere, so if youre still hungry after 20, you can have another reasonable portion.
