Be more concerned about BEING REAL... and REALLY HELPING PEOPLE... than you are about being liked... or trying to save face and not get on the bad side of anyone... Listen... no matter how careful you are... no matter how much thought you put into things... no matter how well your intentions are... there will ALWAYS be the type of people out there who can, and still will, GET OFFENDED at the drop of a dime... and interpret you the way THEY WANT TO :D So heres your get out of jail FREE card... When youre being real, and you say the same things in PUBLIC that you say behind closed doors with your inner circle... and you are genuinely looking to help people in REAL WAYS (rather than just exuding fake support and niceness) in your biz... you will become HIGHLY VALUABLE + sought after. And not to mention... you wont be in that miserable people-pleasing jail anymore... deathly afraid that youll lose something... Youll be FREEEEEEEEE! Even if/when people dont like it... when they are alone, alone with themselves and their thoughts... the truth is speaking to them and THEY ARE RESPECTING YOU {and maybe even secretly wishing they had the courage to not be fake}... So you become valuable... you become sought after... youre out of jail and free... AND you just might even be secretly inspiring people to live honestly with personal responsibility. When theres no attachment... theres no hidden selfishness... theres no desperation... theres no ulterior motive behind you... youre acting in pure service... out of pure passion for your calling... and it doesnt matter to you if people love you, like you, adore you, support you in return, or think youre rude, etc... I GUARANTEE the right ones will come into your life and biz like gangbusters! Soothsayers are dangerous... but the folks that are not afraid to tell you something you might not like... they are the ones REALLY looking out for you... {some in the relationship world call it tough love... same thing in the biz world} ... just sayin Public Service Announcement Over, haha :D
