Be nice to everyone you meet ! ! ! Mark was walking home from school and noticed the boy in front of him trip & drop his load of books ,2 sweaters , baseball bat & glove ,& a tape recorder ! mark stopped to help pick up the stuff. since they were goin the same way , mark helped carry to load and discovered the boys name was bill , liked history, baseball, & vids. was havin a hard time in school & had just broke up with his girl ! they arrived at bills house and mark was invite in for a coke and TV . The afternoon was nice with laughter & small talk, then Mark when home ! they saw each other now & then through jr hi & high school. and 3 weeks b4 graduation bill asked mark if they could talk? Bill asked mark , do u remember the 1st day we meet , did u wonder why I was carrying all that stuff? well I cleaned my locker so as not to leave a mess for someone else ! I had stollin sleeping pills from my mom and was goin home to kill myself ! but because of you I realized that there were good people, that if I died, I would never get to meet ! So I just wanted to thank you for picking up my books and my life ! ! ! every smile, every hello, and every helping hand, can save a hurtin heart ! ! ! ! ! ! ! BULLIES BEWARE ! ! !
