Be specific! You must be as detailed as you can when youre setting out your health and fitness goals. Simply saying Im going to go to the gym 4 times a week or Im going to start eating more healthy is not specific enough to get results. Would you expect great results from a gym programme which says Lift heavy stuff 4 times then rest? No, exactly. Detail what youre going to do in the gym, when youre going to do it and how long youll stick to that programme for. Likewise with food, state what youre going to eat, when youre going to eat it and how much of if youre going to eat. The most specific you are, the better the results youll get. Thats why people get great results with a good trainer... because they detail everything. #motivationalmonday
