BeachBee is heading to the Poconos for a little R&R and a whole lotta watersports fun with the Gracious Living team on Wednesday then Solomons Island for the weekend (sign up through the Patuxent Adventure Center and join me Saturday or Sunday morning) and finally St. Michaels for Teacher Training with the one and only Stoked Yogi (woohoo!!) which means...no Sunday SUP Yoga classes until June 29th at 10am. Schedule has been updated with weekly classes from there on out until September. Register online through beachbeeyoga for Sunday morning sessions. Weve been told its the best way to start the day! ;-)
