Beam me up, Scotty! The transporter room from Star Trek is getting closer to reality. As I have talked about technology over the years and said that location is less meaningful than its ever been in human history with telecom technology, virtual workers and driverless cars the old #1 rule of real estate - location, location, location is really changing. Someday we will probably have a real transporter room so think of how much less important location will be. Why would anybody live in The Socialist Republic of California or New York and pay the ridiculous real estate prices, taxes, etc. when they can easily visit these places? Beam me up, Scotty, Ive got to get out of here before they tax me!
