Bean Pot Beef Stroganoff 2 pounds cubed stew meat 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 medium onion, chopped 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 C water 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup Combine everything but mushroom soup & add to Celebrating Home Bean Pot. Cover and bake @ 300 for 2 hours. Add Cream of Mushroom soup & bake 1 hr longer .... Serve over hot noodles or rice w/a dollop of sour cream (optional). #BeanPotCookBook #BeanPotCookBook
