Bean Pot Cheesy Mac and Cheese Dinner * 1 lb box of elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice * 1 lb Velveeta cheese * 1 – 1 ½ cups milk * ½ stick butter * 1 cooked ham steak cut into bite sized pieces (optional) * Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Boil the macaroni until one minute before al dente and then drain. Microwave the cheese in a large bowl until smooth and able to stir. Pour macaroni and ham into the cheese. Carefully pour in the milk and melted butter. Stir all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste and stir again. Pour into Bean Pot. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Then Enjoy :)
