Cut up some Velvetta Cheese (as much as you want) 1 can rotel 1 lb cooked spicy Italian Sausage 1 8 oz carton secret ingredient...*** (Cool Whip) Dont tell anyone! Melt cheese in bean pot w/ tomatoes, stirring often. Add sausage. Stir in cool whip. Why Cool Whip?? 1) it gives your spicy dip a sweet creamy consistancy 2) it keeps the velveeta from gelling back up - you dont have to keep it warm - pull it from the frig (or tailgate cooler) and start dipping!
