Beards are not trendy. They are the natural state of almost any mature man. Shaving is feminizing and sanitizing... body and face. Its what men do to look less masculine,mature, beastly, and threatening. My wife LOVES my beard, and my scratchy whiskers would mean no kisses...anywhere.. with that scratchy face. She adores the softness of my beard, and always has. Ive had a beard for most of my career, since I got out of the service...thats like 18 years...hardly trendy...plus...a LONG line of beardy tattooers helped make this business... NOTHING trendy in tattooing about a long beard . If we cant have a beard and tattoo cleanly, maybe you should wear a hair net while working? Shaving a crotch makes it look like a childs. It makes it scratchy, unsnuggly, and rubbery feeling...and it does the same to your face. I hate shaving and think it looks gross, but Id never try to tell my peers they shouldnt. I also wouldnt call something as old as mankind itself a trend. Id argue shaving is the trendy thing historically speaking. Stop hating on beards.
