Beastmode ME checking in.. It occurred to me during therapy today aka Working out- that I am on a huge journey- both physically and professionally- I have big aspirations and goals and I often beat myself up for not being there yet and forget to congratulated myself on where I AM- celebrate all your victories you guys- celebrate every single day that you try to do things differently or choose the healthy snack or took the stairs - because every step forward is one less that you have to take tomorrow - you are awesome!
