Beating women who dont stay in their place is American manhood business as usual. Im always concerned when the immediate response is how black men are disproportionately represented as the face of domestic violence. That being a truism and given what we know about racism in America, why you beating on women, yo? Lets not divert. I have a problem when we cannot give space to talk about violence against black women without making racism against black men the issue. Simply tired of it.
