Beatties Ford Road Bridge Hornets Nest Park From: Havana Park HOA 11/9/2014 - Hello community family. I went by the Beatties Ford project today. As projected again the deadline is November 11. Once again it is not nearly in the completion stage. The road leading to the bridge is not paved and really looks like nothing has been done to meet the Nov 10th date. Looks like a stand still no work done construction. Enough is enough. We are being deceived by all these projected deadline dates that have come and passed. I think it is time to get the media involved because this project will go not completed until 2015 if we dont take action. Nothing is being done with this project. My thoughts...Oh well, its on now. My HOA is serious business so well see how this plays out. Truth be told...this is just one of many missed deadlines all over Charlotte. Statesville Road is all torn up with no end in sight for that sea of orange & white barrels. I just pray the bridge is fixed soon to relieve all of the traffic issues on Reames Road and the congestion on the other surrounding back roads and neighborhoods.
