Beautiful Day In Leyte, Republic of the Philippines. Yesterday the weather was lousy. Gray sky. Lots of rain until the afternoon. Typhoon Glenda had an appointment on Luzon and she passed by Leyte on her way. Samar, for the most part, dodged the bullet of Super Typhoon Yolanda -- they received some damage, but Leyte was Ground Zero for Natures Nuclear Bomb without the radiation. Typhoon Glenda, according to news reports did damage in Northern Samar. A You Tube video shows Glenda went through Eastern Samar. ABS-CBN news coverage shows a lot of rain in Manila and flooding. Manila still may not be Out Of The Woods, Pacific weather forecasters were calling for Glenda to spend the day in Manila before she heads out to sea. What has been unique about Glenda is she recharged. After Glenda passed through Guam, she gained strength. I never realized that a typhoon or tropical depression could Reboot or Pump Up. Nature -- always full of surprises.
