Beautiful dawns and dusks in Jutland. Having guests for dinner today and I am planning on making Grødris (Rice Pudding) for dessert. The instructions say this: Take a saucepan, 1 1/2 di pudding rice and 2 cups water, bring to the boil, add 5 cups milk, let it cook while stirring for 10 min. Put the lid on the pan, wrap it in newspaper and put it under the covers in bed. After 1 1/2 hour is complete and the salt is stirred in. HA HA HA! I think it means to let the pudding rest :o)
