Beautiful day and decided to get in a quick workout. My workout buddy had surgery so I flew solo today. Just some chest and core. I like using the TRX equipment for core on some workouts. Core is so important especially if you want to weight lift with proper form and not sustain back injuries. I usually work it in 3 days a week and I dont spend but maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Today did a circuit. I also did weight ball crunches and weighted hyperextensions. 4 sets. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!! Happy training!
