Beautiful day with Helen working together on her digital story at Station Rd today - gotta get my head around new software and figure out what we are doing :) So far I I have managed to clip and piece three audio files in audacity :) - Here is a clunky look at format we will use to tell Helens story - text/audio/photo and collage. Helen has verbalised her own script with me over several months, which I have written and we have edited together. We are now beginning to work on audio recording (very low-fi recording on my ph as didnt want to intimidate Helen with a microphone as would loose intimacy) and photo and collage imagery (possibly animated). Image here will be replaced by a lovely zooming in photo of Helen. You will notice some variations from the audio recording and written word - Helen tires easily and is new to recording voice so audio accents the written script and works as a complementary summary to our conversations collecting her story.
