Beautiful early morning here in the mountains of northern Laos. It is actually a bit crisp out for a change. Soon, I will take Anna on her first jungle trek. We are only going for the day and will be back at our nice guesthouse tonight. But we have a good guide that is taking us into the National Protected Biodiversity Area where the tourists dont normally visit. It will be 7-8 fairly challenging hours. Wish us luck. We may do a few more of these before we leave the north.
