Beautiful people! Just a gentle reminder that our stated turnaround time on all custom skirts is 8-10 weeks. My mother does the bulk of our sewing on top of her full time job, Im single parenting an autistic eight year old on top of running the business, and as our profile rises, so does the number of skirt orders we receive each week. We also state this time to cover unforeseen issues with fabric delivery and postal issues (all our fabric is ordered from the US and has to travel to us in Australia!). It is what it is. We wont be allowing anyone to queue jump ahead of our patiently waiting customers just because you want your skirt sooner or didnt read our listings in detail, unless you have discussed it with us beforehand and agree to pay a fee for a rush job (sometimes this simply wont be possible because we dont have time, or because fabric wont reach us in time, and a host of other reasons). If the turnaround time is a problem or concern for you, or you think its an unacceptable risk, please shop elsewhere. We absolutely will NOT be bullied or threatened into prioritising your skirt because youve suddenly decided youre not satisfied with having to wait 8-10 weeks.
