Beautiful picture...I do love the fact that though He is called the Lion in the book of Revelation, He is pictured more in this fabulous revelation from God as the Lamb that was slain and now is Risen and is co-reigning with God the Father. He is the Lamb in the midst of the throne with seven horns (all power), and seven eyes (meaning He knows absolutely everything about everyone at all time...Death and Hades are open before YHWH, how much more the hearts of men). The sixth seal, the people were not crying out to hide them from the Lion, they were crying out for the rock and mountains to fall on them and save them from the wrath of the Lamb of God and the One who sits on the throne, YHWH!
