Beautiful student work from yesterdays skill building course More and more I am seeing students that have had poor basic training - large groups, little supervision from the trainer and have left training with no real idea of what they are doing And Im not talking about cheap training here - Im hearing this from more and more of the big Lash companies that you assume offer fantastic training but it seems this is not the case - students words not mine This lovely lady felt her training was pretty poor, had done a few sets and then had her confidence knocked by a client and has pretty much given up by then, so she was starting from almost the start again Yesterday I saw her improve so much, build up her speed and confidence, lean how to place lashes correctly, hold her tweezers in a better position, sit in the correct way, learn about eye styling, and much more I always say that lashing isnt rocket science you just need to be shown the correct techniques Unfortunately there is only so much we can teach or learn in a day so I always feel we could cover so much more, but its such a warm feeling to see the true potential that people have without realizing it - just need to be shown the correct way :)
