Beautiful sunny Monday morning. Today I have to go to San Andreas on some errands and will keep an eye out for rentals, including driving thru more mobile home parks and asking questions. Have a few questions, so please offer up whatever prayerful wisdom you have to share. Aside from picking up area newspapers every few days which is running me $5 each time (ouch), and check with every property management place in two counties, and being on various online groups that list rentals, networking with friends what else can I do to find a place? The issues I am running into are a) rentals are 2-3 bedrooms and I need 1 bedroom b) rental is out of my price range. c) rental is taken as fast as I find them d) rental has loads of stairs e) rental requires $300k in rental insurance rather than the $100k I have and can afford. Must have looked at 2 dozen places last week. Even the two trailers I was interested in either were out of my price range or grabbed real fast. Then off to the dump and to pick up more boxes from behind stores. Then call Hospice thrift store to have them come and pick up some furniture that I cannot get in my Toyota Matrix to take to the thrift store myself. In the end I so need and appreciate the prayers people offer up on my behalf. Thank you.
