Beautiful woman gave me the number 6. Seems a tall order for such soul bearing disclosures but here they are; 1. I dance every morning. I don’t always meditate but I do dance. It is my way to greet the blessing of the new day, to remember to seek joy in the day, and shift my body from restfulness to wakefulness. It helps me to start the day in a positive mood. This is often the reason I post music on my FB page in the morning. I am dancing, most likely in my PJ’s. 2. I believe in Peace as an active verb. I aim to practice Peace every day by giving of myself in kindness, gratitude, positive energy and right minded action. I want to set a good example of what it means to me to be a member of the human race. 3. I don’t like grocery shopping and spend a large amount of my shopping time standing in the corridors reading the ingredients lists on the packaging. This depresses me. 4. I can not get through a day without writing. 5. I miss my sons a lot and wish they would call me more often but I am also very proud of how independent they are. 6. I feel amazingly blessed to have the love and support of some really beautiful people. Without positive input from friends I think I might easily be living in a box or in a padded room. When I let my guard down negative energy can easily overwhelme me. I’m working on this: see numbers 1 and 2.
