Beautifully said. At my local subway stop, they turned the turnstiles into one huge Coors ad. I can avert my gaze from a sign or billboard, but I have to look at the turnstile to walk through it. I made a bunch of stickers that said, I refuse to walk through an ad without fighting back. Corporations do not own me. Each time I went through (entrance or exit), I surreptitiously planted one on some part of the Coors ad. Some of them were scraped off, some not. But three months later, the Coors ad was gone, and the turnstiles, as of this writing, are still clean. I am not unique. Dont let them rule you.
