But how many times a technician can go over an area depends on how the skin responds if it bleeds its some of the pigment out so will not last as long as not as deeply implanted. Eyebrows that have been plucked away over the years will have a lot of scar tissue, which is not visible to the eye, but implanting pigment becomes more difficult in scar tissue.
