Because Bible in the New Testament very specially indicated and fingered why women do not do it! It is said they are The Holy Bible in Old Testament and in New Testament says women are a participant to very church services. But many places strictly order do not act some particular subject. That is here! Women have no authority to lay their hand on man to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man. Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak. But the women may work as a true yokefellow, and fellowlabourers. So many of those women which help on laboured with Apostle Paul in the gospel work in many places, It seems very clear in the Old Testament also said women never appointed to serve in the “Tabernacle for Sacrifice and shad the blood on the Holy of Holy Place, but the women worked in other part for cleaning to the vessels, and some area. So when Pentecostal day Peter stood and preaches with rest of eleven male Disciples, so Christ Jesus elected twelve decuples as Apostles. Therefor we have no way to cast a lady in the position of Church labour or the “shepherd” or pastor. . In the New Testament very clearly and particularly said women should not take authority on man. 1st Corinthians chapter Elven said! Every Women head is Man and the Head of Man is Christ Jesus and the Head of Christ is the Almighty God. So no way the women have no authority, to rule over the man, in the “Body of Christ”. So anywhere the Assembly (Church)) may change or rejects the order of New Testament that group are absolutely accursed. Galatians 1st, 2nd Chapter said we have no anther Gospel. When the time came to elect more devoted disciple that also the chosen from male groups and not even any females group. But apostles kept females in the Gospel work as Jesus Christ was kept within his team. While he was not chosen any females is a woman Apostles or disciple. Whatever our Apostles are writers that have no changes. 1st Timothy.2: 7-12 7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity. 8 I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. 9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; 10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 1 Corinthians 14:35 And if they will learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. Philippians 4:3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. A women is widow and 60 years old and she keeping children and good reputation , that lade have chance in the Assembly even though she have no authority on a may head for any ministry. But the aged man as father aged women as mother as the way we need respected every aged. As we follow Bible we need follow with very sincerely and truthfully
