Because Im doing the Ab Maximizer calendar I add Ab Attack:10 to my schedule 3x per week. When I did this on Monday, I did it right after my workout and lets just say that I did not do well. My max out time was 1:07 and I maxed out several times after that. I didnt feel like I got the full benefit of Ab Attack because I was too fatigued to keep up. So today I decided to spread them out and let me tell you, it was soooo much better! It was still really hard but I was actually able to do it! Today I maxed out at 9:10 Heres a time-lapse video to give you a super quick look at what this 10 minutes looks like! (P.s. Time-lapse goes waaaay faster than I expected lol!)
