Because Im passionate about preserving memories and sharing stories- I couldnt read this post from my friend Kimberly Toombs Rose and not share: Attention all FAMILY, FRIENDS, FACEBOOK FRIENDS, pretty much ANYBODY who sees this post. Recently it has come to my attention that LDS Missionaries from all over the world are arriving at the Provo MTC without a camera. Most of these Missionaries come from families that simply cant afford the luxury of a camera and are sacrificing all they have to send their Son/Daughter on such a journey. Just recently, I gave a sweet Sister from Figi serving in our area a small point and shoot camera. She did not have one. I am PLEADING with my dear friends to PLEASE consider donating a inexpensive point and shoot digital camera that can then be sent to the MTC and given to the Missionary in need. Every Missionary deserves to document this time of their life and most importantly send these precious memories home. IF this is something you feel you might be able to do, please message me. I am will collect all donations and personally cover the shipping expense to send all the cameras to the MTC. My goal is to collect 100 cameras!!!! Again, these do not need to be expensive. THANKS!!!!!!!!
