Because J.D. was away, I tackled the whole yard myself. I was reminded how challenging it is to mow our grass. There are several dips and hills and we cut the St Augustine pretty high. The edging was only if absolutely, positively necessary. And to get all the porches swept, I had to give Anna a broom. J.D. takes off Friday to spend some time with his birth family, so it was good to see what I could expect for most of the rest of the summer.
