Because everyone who attempts to avoid a 200% markup in the form of taxes on a pack of cigarettes should die, right? $5.85 in tax on every pack is .60 more than I pay for a pack to begin with, then add $3.00 for the pack price and whalla, what you wind up with is a bunch of assholes using authority they dont have to tax people into poverty because they dont like the habit. You want facts? Start there. Unwarranted, unfair and unfit laws are meant to be disobeyed, if more people put their focus there we wouldnt be in such a mess and maybe, just maybe we would force some accountability into our government process as well as our legal system.
