Because iv officially retired as crewes poorest gangsta Im doing a lot more hours personal training so I have quite a lot of pt sessions left this week some in the mornings and early afternoon even if I seem a massive cunt on FB book a session and you will see its not too bad or everyone wouldnt come back would they ? you can still lose some weight before Xmas and more importantly get used to the whole training and gym lifestyle ready for that beach body next year instead of joining a ponce gym and walking round with your towel and gloves not having a clue in January with all the rest and seeing no results 👍😡
