Because of the many request from people I am going to start a COPD. It will be for anyone with any lung issues. I am by no means an expert but....in 2010 I could not get to my mailbox and back without being so winded I had to sit down. My doctor has been my main supporter and has helped me but there are other things you can do naturally to help respiratory illnesses. I only have 65% lung function but I live a very active life and can even ride a bike and do cardio workouts. I APOLOGIZE to the 12 people that have messaged me in the past week! I just found the messages in my other folder. Please add yourself to the group and anyone else you want to add. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE BUT THINGS THAT HAVE HELPED ME. Everyone can share their stories! I hope to have the page up and running in a couple of days. I am tagging anyone who messaged me as soon as we become fb friends so you know I have not forgotten.
