Thank you our beloved fans :) Creative Director: Summary The creative director is charged with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our company’s identity online and offline. The main job will be to come up with new, creative and out-of-the-box ideas for our 8 existing Disalata shows while also helping us create and launch brand new entertaining and inspiring shows. Responsibilities • Lead creative sessions for the 8 programs • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy • Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs • Supervise and inspire the team to generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals • Provide quality control over concepts and projects • Gain an understanding of the target audience and business that the programs are aimed at while not only always keeping up with the latest trends in popular culture, but also helping in creating them Required Skills • Undergraduate degree in Marketing Communication, Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required • At least 3 years of experience working with large-scale web sites, e-marketing, and/ or advertising agencies • Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications as well as online interaction • Creative approach to new campaigns • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers • A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to develop integrated campaigns • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash • Ability to make evaluative judgments • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments • Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines • Ability to work late and after office hours when job requires it • Ability to travel with shoots when needed • Having Passion and Energy is a MUST Marketing and PR Executive Summary: Disalata is seeking a Marketing and PR executive who will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including: strategic planning; advertising; promotion; public relations; product development; distribution; sponsorship; and research. Responsibilities: • Liaise and building relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally this could mean different related and supporting departments. • Contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives. • Support of Disalata’s social media assets including frequent monitoring of Facebook and YouTube pages. • Manage and identify advertising opportunities • Build and maintain contacts with the media • Write and distribute press releases • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers; • Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials • Maintain, build and update mailing databases • Organize events for Disalata • Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness • Evaluate marketing campaigns • Monitor competitors activity • Support the marketing manager, and other colleagues. • Making sure that Disalata and its presenters / shows are always getting good media coverage through out the year and in different media outlets such as Press, TV, and Radio. Required Skills: • Undergraduate degree in Marketing Communication or related field • Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Account Management • Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications as well as online interaction • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to develop integrated campaigns • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. • Ability to make evaluative judgments • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal • Drive and Determination, having Passion and Energy is a MUST • Good negotiating and interpersonal skills • A high standard of computer literacy • Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
