Because real estate is a love-affair and a culture thing; a lot of home-buyers go through KINH TẾ VÀ BẤT ĐỘNG SẢN CÓ THỂ TƯƠNG TỰA what I call the Aha moment; just because they bought one or two homes in their life-time. Its the point at which they realize everything is what it seems... that the trends is their friend, that the system is stacked in-favor them, they build-up a fault belief that their investment will double from some dumb or random lucks, etc. Yet, a new sucker born every day; the question is how do you find that sucker to bail you out at the time you need him most?
