Because the patent is issued through the Madrid System and any country not under the Madrid system is a communist country or a communist affiliate. Also, since the patent is issued to the government by the government it is proprietary under the governments regulation meaning that even if you are to redistribute marijuana under the guise of a medication or food under a deregulation you will still OWE the government an allowance of permission to grant you the distribution or attribution of its benefice uses. Also if a plant is modified scientifically it has been genetically altered leading it being innovatively designed which produces a design patent and intellectual property. What does this mean???? That no matter what you do if you smoke weed you are aiding the Government in paying them for the use of their OWNED product.
