Because we am a small shop (JUST barely starting up with our own personal funds) we have to take a lot of short cuts...including waiting for the sun to expose the screens. Lately, there hasnt been any sunny days. We do the ENTIRE process manually. From prepping the shirts, to loading the shirts, to printing, to drying, to setting...everything is done manually. We do not have a stock on hand to use. We have to order from the supplier each week...sometimes every 10 days. They charge us up to $50 in shipping, especially when it comes from east coast warehouses. We eat A LOT of the cost...especially when someone order less than 5 shirts. We make very little profit when someone does that. When we have to ship to canada, any profit that we did have is cut in half because it cost us $25 to ship 3 shirts to Edmonton, Alberta...just across the border from us. We are a licensed business in the State of Washington. We WILL deliver, just takes a bit more time than your larger shops.
