Because we have over 2400 members in the group now JULIA AND I would like to say welcome to ALL our latest newest members and to remind (ALL) MEMBERS of our (policies) which have helped to keep this a COMMUNITY based group where we all have become a virtual family and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere we offer with a hint of sattire and (fun) for the most part !! OUR LONG TERM existing members have helped to form this fantastic group of genuine sandancers from (home) AND (ABROAD) ! who come here to view our towns history , HERITAGE and culture by the numerous photos posted and comments made and of course added information which we need and cherish . please adhere to these following (policies) to help JULIA AND I to (maintain) this happy relaxed and rapidly growing group of wonderful people of (all generations) TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL we ask you to (REFRAIN) from discussing POLITICS RELIGION or football in any shape or form !! (BAD LANGUAGE IS NOT ACCEPTIBLE) AND UNECCESARY !! Any material posted IS LEFT TO ADMIN to decide if it is relevant or beneficial to the group !! WE DO NOT accept anyone belittling other members or (sabotaging) their posts with nasty comments or remarks posted and we do not accept RASCISM IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM . JULIA AND I constantly monitor the group and any unfit pics.. comments or material we see as unfit will be swiftly deleted and any guilty parties will be messaged privately with a warning first !! WE do not encourage open air slagging matches on our main pages for all to read and get vexed with so we ask that if you have a problem with another member please private message first and if the problem is not solved.. contact ADMIN so we can contact both parties PRIVATELY to try and resolve any issues before anything can escalate .
